I’m Charlotte
Brand Strategist & Creative Director
I started my career as a designer, creating brands and experiences in the real world. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the strategic decisions behind those brands — what makes a business distinctive, commercially viable and meaningful to its customers.
I developed that thinking further through a Mini MBA in Brand Management and through 25+ years of launching brands across retail, hospitality, wellness and beauty.
